The Power of G.I.R.L. Influencer Strategy
Between October-December 2017, Girl Scouts worked with Bloglovin to build out an influencer strategy to help promote girl and volunteer membership.
Bloglovin connected Girl Scouts with __ bloggers and social influencers who have a connection with Girl Scouts—some were alums, some were parents of Girl Scouts, and some were Girl Scout volunteers.
Each wrote a blog post with accompanying social posts promoting how Girl Scouts releases the power of G.I.R.L. (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-taker, Leader) in every girl and encouraging their following to get involved.
Platforms: Influencers’ social platforms and GSUSA Facebook and Twitter
Audience: Girl Scout members, potential Girl Scout members, alum, and girl advocates.
